Primarily, I partner with title companies, real estate agents, escrow officers and signing services, etc. to provide 5 Star customer service to their customers. My ultimate goal is to become their preferred notary signing agent because they know 100% without a doubt their customers will be handled with care while ensuring their mortgage documents are properly explained, signed, initialed, dated and delivered in a timely manner. In addition, general notary work is provided by appointment only. Lastly, mentorship and training is offered to those brand new signing agents who need just a little confidence prior to taking that first signing.
