Billie is a licensed Cosmetologist (CA, DC, MD) with over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry. She specializes in complete body waxing services and eyelash extensions for women of all races and ethnic backgrounds. Billie works with a very diverse clientele and has gained, to a great extent, knowledge of many different techniques through her partnerships with major brands. These brands include MAC Cosmetics, NARS and Benefit Cosmetics (where she assisted in implementing the first full body waxing bar at Benefit Cosmetics in Macy’s San Francisco). Billie prides herself on providing great customer service and amazing results.
