We offer a variety of health promotion and safety related courses. Our training courses are catered to healthcare providers, safety specialists, lifeguards, personal trainers, school staff, childcare providers, babysitters (11 years old and up) and anyone interested in creating a healthier and safer community. Our center serves Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia. Classes are offered regularly at our designated training location, as well as, off-site locations per request.
