History: Stripe 3 started back in 1985 in College Park, Maryland on Route 1 across from the University of Maryland. Owners Kevin and Anna Lee wanted to concentrate on one brand - the one with the three stripes. Stripe 3 then and now carries adidas product in all sports categories - soccer, futsal, tennis, basketball, football, running, track and field, wrestling, boxing, and more. Athletes in the arena have worn Adidas from Stripe 3, as well as actors on the stage. Now: Stripe 3 is still a family business with dedicated employees that we consider a part of our family. Our customers over the years and today are like family to us as well. We take great pride in having our customers from the '80s bringing their children and grandchildren
