Criterium-Harbor Engineers was established in Baltimore in 2004 by Craig D. Smith, P.E., who is the local owner and personally oversees all work conducted from this office. Mr. Smith has over 25 years of experience in the design, construction and management of buildings and building systems. Smith is a registered Professional Engineer in Maryland and Virginia and a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional. We have evaluated more than 2,000 buildings across Southern Delaware and Maryland’s eastern shore. We look at more than 130 buildings and and visit dozens of construction sites every year. Our team offers skills in structural, civil, and mechanical engineering, project management, and much more.
