Dr. Frank Parreira spent his formative years bouncing around the globe as an "Army brat," finally settling in Annapolis, Maryland. He earned his bachelor's degree from The Johns Hopkins University in 1980. After a brief stint in the Minnesota Twins farm system, he completed his DDS degree from the University of Maryland School of Dental Surgery in 1984. Frank entered the Navy's 1925I dental student program during his junior year at the University of Maryland.
