Our Engineering and Manufacturing Facility (EMF) supports the manufacture and fabrication of prototypes and the high-volume production of aircraft and maritime kits and components. The EMF is a 28,000-square-foot facility, with 20,000 square feet of high bay space. The EMF’s mechanical and electrical shops are outfitted with the latest in multi-axis CNC routers, press brakes, milling machines, hydraulic shears, wire markers, wire cutters, pneumatic crimpers, label printers, pneumatic rivet machines, water jet, 3D printer, and commercial sewing machines, as well as a full array of saws, drills, sanders/grinders, air tools, measuring devices, and paint/powder coat booths. Our Quality System is certified to AS9100:2016.
