A specialist in treating ovarian, uterine, and other gynecologic cancers, Dr. McBroom is noted for his expertise in minimally invasive surgical procedures, including robotic-assisted surgery using the da Vinci® Surgical System. He was among the first physicians in the country to perform robotic Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemoperfusion (HIPEC), a minimally invasive treatment for ovarian cancer.
