She serves the DMV area which includes Washington DC, Annapolis, Northern Virginia, Southern Maryland (Calvert , St. Mary's & Charles Counties). Victoria specializes in Wedding, Boudoir & Stylized Shoots make up. In addition, Victoria teaches classes at the College of Southern Maryland. Private classes also available. Victoria is also a certified Lash Extensions Specialist.
