St. John's Episcopal Church

One of Maryland's original historical churches that founded the Episcopal Diocese of Washington DC. It's history is rich and rooted in the history of the beginnings of our country. Its historical chapel has had prominent historical characters from our first President George Washington, members of the Addison family, through to NASA's Apollo program as some of our parishioners. With some taking leadership roles in our church and taking a final resting place in the attached cemetery.
