As professionals, we have over twenty (20) years of experience in community association management. Our portfolio entails condominium associations, cooperatives, townhome associations, and homeowners associations. We are members of CAI (Community Association Institute), the BBB (Better Business Bureau), and we are licensed Maryland Contractors. We possess national and industry recognized certifications, which include the CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) and the AMS (Association Manager Specialist). These were obtained through the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers.
