TUMAINI BAPTIST CHURCH

Tumaini Baptist Church was started by a group of believers who had for a while been coming together to help meet each other's physical needs. These needs ranged from educational finances, social needs in times of weddings, and emotional needs in time of bereavement. In the process of meeting these needs, the LORD laid in our hearts the need and burden to provide and strengthen Spiritual Hope. It was then that the vision of Tumaini (HOPE) Baptist Church became a priority in our prayers. We began our first worship service on July 20th, 2003 at the extension sanctuary of Mt Calvary Baptist Church. Under Sr. Pastor Joel Cato, Mt. Calvary Baptist Church gave us shelter in one of their beautiful church complex. We give glory to God
